One of the best martial arts techniques anyone can learn to protect themselves is the front kick. This simple kick much like striking a soccer ball is easy to do and can throw an attacker off enough you can do it again, do a punch or just run to get out of the situation. When landed on a groin or knee even the strongest attacker will be stopped and getting out of their clutches and away from becoming the victim of a crime can be as simple as kicking. Of course the kick should not be aimed too high or the attacker can grab your foot and turn this against you so remember to keep it low and do it quickly.
